This notice explains how the website’s enquiry, benchmark and assistant features use the information you choose to provide.

Enquiries and benchmark requests

When you submit a form, your contact details and the information entered are sent to HCSA Group through its website hosting provider, Netlify, so the team can respond to your request. A benchmark request does not automatically subscribe you to marketing or authorise use of your details in an anonymous salary survey.

Interactive calculations

The workforce scenario and benchmark example run in your browser. The figures you enter in these tools are not included in enquiry submissions. Example salary ranges are illustrative and should not be treated as verified market evidence.

Hawk™ assistant

If you use the AI assistant, your message and recent conversation are sent through HCSA’s server to NVIDIA’s model service to generate a reply. Avoid sharing personal identifiers, payslips, confidential employee information or sensitive business data. AI replies can be inaccurate and should be checked with the HCSA team.

Website operation

The website host processes technical request information to operate and protect the service. This version does not add advertising trackers or marketing cookies. Conversation messages are held in the current page session; they are not saved to browser storage by this site.
